We have a leadership team of two guys, neither of whom are employed by the church. Between them they share responsibility for various areas of church life and meet weekly to pray and plan. The only paid employee of the church is a part-time administrator to make sure everything runs smoothly!

Meet the Leaders:

Richard Aspden and Anne, his wife, have five children. They have a heart for Fair Trade and Richard is responsible for the worship team and coordinates the Alpha Course.

Gordon Merchant is married to Doreen and has a grown-up family with children in Australia and London as well as a couple who have not moved quite so far away. He has responsibility for the teaching ministry within the church and he and Doreen run the Marriage Course together.
